In June, several Piano students of the Bostick School of Music performed a Piano Examination at their grade level.  Preparing for this venture is a year-long commitment, and the students all did exceedingly well!  Congratulations to Heidi Soper, Timothy Soper, Lena Chiasson, Shuanglian Kissick and Machaela Osowski for an excellent job! 

Heidi Soper, Lena Chiasson and Machaela Osowski all received medals of High Distinction and were honored in a Celebration of Talent Concert at Mount Allison University on June 19.  We are very proud of you all!  Way to go, guys!

If you wish to register for MusicPups, Sunrise or Sunshine I, we are now accepting registrations for those classes.  Please call Tanya at 506-364-9101 or email her at bostickmusic@eastlink.ca anytime to arrange an appointment to see the studio and meet the teacher.

We are pleased to announce that our recent Practice Incentive was a huge success!  For the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas Break, MYC and Private Students contributed one penny for each minute of home practice to a central “pot” at the Bostick School of Music.  The results are in, and the students raised a combined total of $191.00!  The Bostick School of Music has doubled this amount and rounded it up to an even $400.00, which has been donated to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
