Our Music for Young Children have been busy…composing their own pieces! They will be featured at recitals on February 20th at the Middle Sackville Baptist Church. We are thrilled to have guest composer, Janet Crawford, coming to share her pieces and experiences with us. Join us at 11:30 for Sunshine I, II and Sunbeams I classes, and at 1:30 for Sunbeams II, III and Moonbeams III classes.
Animotion! Musical Theatre Program
We are launching a new Musical Theatre Program for Grades 1-5 called Animotion. It is a 13-week program featuring weekly 75-minute sessions and a performance at the end. This program begins in March.
Music Pups® For Babies and Toddlers
We’re adding another MusicPups class beginning February 13, by popular demand! For ages 6 mos.-3 years, siblings welcome. This 10-week program includes singing, dancing, and rhythm instruments.

We are pleased to announce that our recent Practice Incentive was a huge success! For the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas Break, MYC and Private Students contributed one penny for each minute of home practice to a central “pot” at the Bostick School of Music. The results are in, and the students raised a combined total of $191.00! The Bostick School of Music has doubled this amount and rounded it up to an even $400.00, which has been donated to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
